New Orleans Red Dress Run celebrates 25 years!!!!

he New Orleans hash house harries will host their 25th annual Red Dress Run on August 10, 2019.   The event this year returns to Crescent Park for a day of music, running, food, and of course beer.

The event has become a favorite for both locals and tourists, bringing in over 7,000 registrants each year.   The event isn’t only about the run, it is all for local charities.

“The Red Dress Run has evolved into an event where people can come together to have a great time and raise a lot of money for organizations right here in the New Orleans area.  We have raised over $2 million dollars since we started, and last year we awarded $150,000 in grants to local groups like LOPA, Kiwanis, LOOP Nola, and Kenner Discovery along with many others”

This year for the 25th anniversary, the Red Dress Run will feature musical acts Sweet and Remedy.

Registrants will enter from the Esplanade side of Crescent Park (2300 N. Peters) beginning at 9 am.  The run starts at 10:30 and the party ends at 5 pm.
